Time changes the way everything is understood. A lot of companies have good strategies but fail because they keep the way the strategy is played out. Over time, the way customers view things change. This could be because the demographics in a location changes. This is something that is happening rapidly here in the states. All companies need a way to communicate with their customers to get their opinion and Ideas. Customers can tell you the way they like things to be done or the way they want things to be promoted

We now expect to find information about every place that we will visit or about everything we are going to do or buy. We look at reviews from professionals and from consumers before buying many things. There are many websites out there where you can read and write about many products, companies, and services. You can post comments on most products on online stores.
People look for a company’s websites to find information about it. In order for companies to keep customers coming back to their sites, their sites have to offer them more than just a picture of the product. Customers look for interaction with other customers who have or are going to buy the product. A website has to have many things to do in order for a customer to stay and return to the page. Customers look for video, tours and pictures of the product.
Customers like to return to a page that gets updated often and always has the latest information about every new product.
