Time changes the way everything is understood. A lot of companies have good strategies but fail because they keep the way the strategy is played out. Over time, the way customers view things change. This could be because the demographics in a location changes. This is something that is happening rapidly here in the states. All companies need a way to communicate with their customers to get their opinion and Ideas. Customers can tell you the way they like things to be done or the way they want things to be promoted
